First things first; An introduction
Martillo Workshop is my small blacksmith shop I run out of Hobro, Denmark. I’m a self-taught blacksmith devoted to traditional blacksmithing. I run a modern blacksmith’s shop, but the tools and techniques used are the same you’d see used in a 19th century blacksmith’s shop. Besides ironwork I also do work in leather.
I work within a wide variety of styles and topics. Between Dice for Dungeons & Dragons, axes for bushcraft, forged jewellery, and historical blacksmithing, I take on many different challenges.
Speaking of challenges, after 4 years or learning I won 1st place in my class at the Danish Blacksmith Championship 2022 and 3rd place in my class at the Nordic Blacksmith Championship 2022 on Iceland!
